SAFE LASER 1800 INFRA
SAFE LASER 1800 Infra is a professional infrared (808 nm) medical soft laser device whose biological effects can reach depths of up to 10 cm. It is particularly effective as a complementary therapy for deep musculoskeletal complaints, cartilage degeneration, joint inflammation, spinal and hip pain, as well as more serious sports injuries.

Treatment Guidelines
The Safe Laser 1800 Infra should be placed directly onto the painful or injured area and applied for the recommended duration before moving to the next treatment point.
Multiple points can be treated consecutively depending on the size of the affected area. In most cases, pressure-sensitive trigger points should be targeted.
For maximum safety, switch the device on only after placing it on the skin, and lift it away only after switching it off at the end of the treatment.
For deeper tissues, the treatment head may be gently pressed into the area. If an open wound prevents direct skin contact, hold the device no more than 0.5 cm away from the skin and increase the treatment time by one minute per point.
Different conditions require different amounts of energy (Joules). Higher energy delivery is achieved through longer treatment times.
4–5 Joules (min. 1 minute):
Strains, bruises, muscle spasms, inflammation, dental and oral conditions, and skin problems.
15 Joules (3 minutes):
Pain relief and more severe musculoskeletal disorders.
25 Joules (5 minutes):
Cartilage regeneration, deeper injuries, ligament, muscle and tendon tears, and bone fractures.
With fiber optic attachment: 4–8 Joules (10–20 sec)
With nasal applicator: 4 Joules (3 minutes)
Acute Conditions and Post-Surgical Treatment:
Daily for 1–2 weeks, then three times per week until symptoms resolve. Improvement is often noticeable after the first treatment.
Chronic Conditions (older than 6–8 weeks):
Three treatments per week until improvement is achieved.
A treatment reaction (temporary increase in pain) may occur. This is a normal response of the body.
If no improvement occurs, treatment duration may be increased. If pain intensifies, the dosage should be reduced.
Muscles:
Pressure-sensitive trigger points should be treated.
Joints:
Treatment is applied along the joint line. Flexing the joint can help the light penetrate deeper.
Tendons:
Treatment should be applied at the tendon attachment point and the muscle-tendon junction.
The Safe Laser Infra illuminates a large area, making it effective even if positioning is not perfectly precise.

Its light penetrates significantly deeper than red-light lasers, with biological effects reaching depths of up to 10 cm.
