  • TRIGGERMAP™ Online Diagnostics

    1. Is TRIGGERMAP™ Online Diagnostics equivalent to a medical diagnosis?

    1. TRIGGERMAP™ Online Diagnostics provides a personalized map and guidance for planning movement, lifestyle, nutrition, and other supportive processes
    2. It does not diagnose diseases
    3. It does not replace a medical examination

    2. What photos need to be taken? Do I need professional equipment?

Professional equipment is not required: a phone camera is usually sufficient. Typically, photos are needed that show posture and symmetry (e.g., front, back, and side views – the exact setup is provided in the guide).

    Recommendations for good photos:

    1. good lighting conditions, natural light is preferred
    2. stable camera (supported or placed on a stable surface)
    3. neutral posture (do not “straighten up,” just stand naturally)
    4. body lines should be visible (in underwear)

    3. Is there an option for an in-person photo session as well?

Yes, guided in-person photo sessions are also available upon request.

    4. Are my data and photos secure?

Yes. The uploaded materials are treated confidentially and are used solely for evaluation purposes. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

    5. How long does the evaluation take?

After submission, the evaluation is typically completed within 5–10 business days.

  • DMS™ Method

    1. What distinguishes the DMS™ Method from traditional massage?

The DMS™ Method is not a general, relaxation-focused massage, but a manual technique protected worldwide, based on an individual Trigger Point Map. The method is built on an assessment-based foundation, applied progressively, and follows a systemic approach: manual treatment, supportive home care, and lifestyle guidance together help achieve longer-term improvement in physical condition.

    2. What can be expected during the first session?

During the first session, we conduct a brief assessment, review the current complaints and movement-related factors, and then begin the targeted massage based on the principles of the DMS™ Method. During the first treatment, photographic documentation is also taken for documentation purposes. This helps to understand the initial condition and to track changes over time.

    3. How long does a treatment take?

A treatment typically lasts approximately 60–70 minutes.

    4. How much earlier should I arrive?

It is recommended to arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

    5. Will it be painful? Is this normal?

Many people say: painful, but effective. Fear of pain is common; however, according to many experiences, the “difficulty during treatment” is often followed by relief, relaxation, and improved movement.

    What is important to know:

    1. The perception of pain is individual (it can be influenced by tension, stress, sleep, hydration, hormonal cycle, and fitness level).
    2. The goal is not “unbearable” pain, but a safe, tolerable level of intensity.

    6. How long does it take to see improvement?

It varies individually, but based on feedback the following may occur:

    1. short-term: a “floating” sensation, relaxation, easier movement, improved posture awareness, and reduced pain
    2. long-term: more lasting reduction of complaints, fewer muscle lock-ups, improved sports performance, higher energy levels, and enhanced body awareness

Some people notice changes after the first session, while others may require multiple sessions, especially in the case of long-standing complaints.

    7. Can one treatment be enough?

General experience shows that the longer a complaint has been present, and the more complex the posture and movement patterns are, the more it is worth thinking in terms of a process rather than a “one-time miracle treatment.” The recommended frequency is weekly sessions, and based on experience, the necessary duration typically ranges from six months to one year — depending on the individual condition.

    8. What should I bring with me?

    1. A change of underwear – during the treatment we use 100% pure olive oil
    2. Comfortable clothing for the period after the treatment

We will take care of everything else.

    9. Is there an option to freshen up or shower?

Yes. Shower facilities are available on site, and we also provide:

    1. clean towels
    2. slippers so you do not need to bring these with you.

    10. What are normal reactions after the treatment?

    Common, harmless reactions may include:

    1. Muscle sensitivity and muscle soreness
    2. Bruising and skin redness
    3. Fatigue and sleepiness, or sometimes a feeling of increased energy
    4. Swelling (edema) or mild inflammation
    5. Hot flashes or chills
    6. Increased thirst and detoxification-related symptoms
    7. Unusual sensations due to changes in movement patterns (“as if I’m standing differently”)

If you experience unusual, worsening, or other unexpected symptoms, please let us know.

    11. Is the treatment recommended alongside professional sports?

Many athletes use it for regeneration and prevention:

    1. releasing stiffness and adhesions
    2. improving performance and range of motion
    3. reducing muscle lock-ups
    4. helping to prevent injuries

However, during competition periods the treatment is not recommended due to sudden changes in muscle tone.

    12. Can the service be used after surgery?

It is not an exclusion criterion; however, in such cases it is especially important to review the medical history carefully and to have a medical or physiotherapy consultation before starting the treatment.

    13. Who is it NOT recommended for?

Our deep manual massage technique is excellent for releasing muscle tension and improving movement and physical well-being, but in certain cases it cannot be applied.

❌ Acute injuries or inflammations (such as joint or muscle inflammation, or other inflammatory conditions)

❌ Fever, infectious diseases, or a weakened immune system

❌ Severe cardiovascular diseases (such as severe high blood pressure, heart rhythm disorders, risk of thrombosis, or existing deep vein thrombosis)

❌ Bleeding disorders or blood clotting problems

    ❌ Oncological diseases

    ❌ Advanced osteoporosis

❌ Recent surgeries, wounds, injuries, or healing scars

    ❌ During pregnancy

❌ Neurological diseases (such as epilepsy or acute nerve inflammations)

❌ Skin diseases (such as eczema, open wounds, or active psoriasis)

Before starting the treatment, ALWAYS consult a physician. The primary priority is maintaining health and ensuring safe treatment.

    14. Is the location wheelchair accessible?

The location is not wheelchair accessible.

  • TRIGGERMAP™ Beauty

  • SAFE LASER®

    1. From what age can Safe Laser be used?

From newborn age. Please consult your treating physician or a Safe Laser specialist before use.

    2. Is it necessary to use protective eyewear?

No, it is not necessary; it is safe for the eyes.

    3. How long and how frequently should a treatment be?

The duration of application depends on the type and power of the laser. (Higher power = shorter treatment time.) The frequency of treatments depends on the type of condition and how long it has been present. You can find more detailed information on the device page.

    4. Can I use “soft laser” light therapy if I am undergoing another medical treatment?

Laser treatment can be well combined with other medications and therapies. Of course, only after medical consultation.

    5. Can the device be placed directly on the treated area?

It is most effective when applied this way. The problematic area should be treated point by point, and the device should not be moved or “stroked” across the skin. The TRIGGERMAP™ Online Diagnostics helps identify the points to be treated.

    6. Can it be applied directly to the skin in the case of a slow-healing wound?

To maintain proper hygiene, we recommend using a simple disposable transparent foil.

    7. How can I clean the device?

The laser head must not be placed under running water. It can be perfectly cleaned with a disinfectant wipe.

    8. How can I clean the accessories?

The accessories can be cleaned under running water, but always make sure they are completely dry afterward. They can also be cleaned with a disinfectant wipe.
